I write all things accessibility, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Employers have the burden of proof to exhibit objectively based internal and external hiring processes. I have provided Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) consulting to companies on how unconscious and affinity biased practices perpetuate a disparate impact upon the workplace. I’m encouraging companies to evaluate their DE&I practices across the board.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion should evaluate and establish best practices among recruiting, promotion, retention, operations, customer relations, marketing, etc.

I should be able to walk in your company’s office and have a hard time in distinguishing your leadership team from the people you serve.
